Hi, I’m Andrew.
Life coaching changed my life as a teen.
I struggled with ADHD, pressure, and direction — but with the right support, I learned how to thrive in school, build confidence, and get into my top-choice college. That foundation helped me go on to succeed as an engineer and athlete.
Today, I’m an ICF Professionally Certified Life Coach who specializes in working with teens. Because I’m young, relatable, and deeply understand teen stress, I help teens build confidence, motivation, and focus — without therapy or pressure.
I coach teens to succeed academically, strengthen relationships, manage stress, and develop the mindset they need to perform both in school and in sports.
My work is about helping teens take ownership of their lives — and helping parents finally feel confident they’re giving their teen the right kind of support.
Teens today face increasing pressure from school, social media, and uncertainty about their future. Without the right support, many teenagers struggle with low self-esteem, lack of motivation, academic stress, and unclear goals. Life coaching for teens provides the tools they need to build confidence, stay focused, and thrive in school and life.
Andrew Petrillo – Life Coach for Teens provides tailored support, helping teens with academics, growth, and confidence:

Hi, I’m Andrew Petrillo—a certified teen life coach who helps teenagers build confidence, develop resilience, and navigate the challenges of high school and early adulthood. As a young, relatable coach, I connect easily with teens and create a safe, judgment-free space where they feel heard and understood. With a background in engineering, a passion for climbing, and years of experience mentoring youth, I combine practical tools with real-life insight to help teens overcome stress, set meaningful goals, and thrive. Whether it’s school pressure, low motivation, or lack of direction, I help teens take action and unlock their full potential.
My partner Bri is a mental health therapist, so mental health and teen wellbeing are constant conversations in our home. This gives me deep insight into when teens need clinical support versus coaching. I focus on life coaching for teens who are ready to level up their confidence, academics, and personal growth – and I have trusted referral relationships for teens who need therapeutic support.
Hi, I’m Hailey, a certified Teen Life coach who helps teenage girls build confidence, motivation, and a sense of direction, especially when life feels overwhelming. I see girls as emerging women with strength, wisdom, and the ability to shape their own future. My coaching creates a safe, empowering space where they feel seen, heard, and inspired to trust themselves, embrace their power, and take bold steps toward success.
With a background in civil engineering from Gonzaga University and experience supporting young women as a resident assistant, I’ve helped teens navigate pressure, perfectionism, and belonging. After college, I worked in social services across Seattle, guiding youth through goal-setting, transitions, and self-discovery. Certified through Coach Training EDU, I bring a warm, strengths-based approach that helps girls move forward with clarity and confidence, whether we’re talking about school, friendships, identity, or the future.
Outside of coaching, I am a creative spirit who loves to crochet, ski, hike, sing, and play the ukulele. I am currently learning to fly fish and sew, because growth, to me, is something both joyful and deeply personal. I bring that same energy into every coaching session to help girls thrive.
Life coaching for teens isn’t therapy—it’s forward-focused guidance that helps your teen grow, lead, and thrive.
