Life Coaches for Teens: Meet the Team
I’m Andrew, an ICF-certified life coach who specializes in helping teens and young adluts build confidence, stay motivated, and prepare for their future. I’ve worked with over 100 teens in the last five years, and I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can change everything. We help teens all over the world reach their goals and live out their dreams.
Who We Help and What We Work On
We coach teens and young adults who are dealing with:
At School: Trouble staying focused, procrastination, struggling with grades, pressure from college prep, falling behind in classes
With Motivation: Video game addiction, feeling disengaged from life, no sense of direction, lost interest in things they used to care about
With Confidence: Self-doubt, negative self-talk, feeling like they’re not good enough, anxiety about the future
With the Future: Confusion about college, unclear about career path, no clear goals, feeling overwhelmed by big decisions
With Relationships and Home: Trouble talking to parents, strained family relationships, social skills challenges, friendship struggles
I also work with families who are moving to a new location. Relocating can be tough for teens, and I help them navigate the transition and build connections in their new home.

Andrew has worked with teens all over the world, bringing a global perspective and cultural awareness into every session. He was mentored by Hayden Lee, one of the top life coaches for teens, which shaped his ability to balance compassion with clarity, and motivation with accountability.
Before coaching, Andrew trained as an engineer and worked in the aerospace industry manufacturing jet engines—an experience that sharpened his problem-solving mindset, discipline, and ability to break complex challenges into clear, actionable steps. Personal Experience
Growing up in a multicultural military family, I dealt with the traditional struggles of finding myself while also having to relocate every 4 years. It was almost impossible to maintain friendships, and I felt like I was in a constant cycle of being “the new kid.” In this lack of identity, though, I found my true identity. My family moved back to my mother’s home in Italy at the end of high school, and I got a full academic scholarship to St. John’s University in Queens, NY. I achieved my B.S. in Business, and directly followed with an M.S. in International Communications.
While I was in my Masters, I worked as a Graduate Assistant, where I led groups of freshman and sophomores on service trips to work with underserved populations around NYC. These formational trips were my first experiences with coaching, and the profound reflection and connection that came from them changed my life as well as many of the students’.
After college, though, I found myself in a similar situation again – I thought it was impossible to find anything that I would actually want to do for work. I was thrown right into the career gauntlet, and had to adapt quickly. I strategically worked my way up the ladder of multiple national and international companies; however, nothing quite felt “right.” I was successful, but the passion wasn’t there.
Professional Skills
Fast forward a few years, and my father started a coaching business to help veterans transition back into the civilian world. After some time, he began getting requests to coach the kids of his clients, but he just couldn’t find a way to connect with them. I was managing a Trader Joe’s at the time, and was coaching my young Crew members, so I gave it a try – returning to coaching reignited my passion, and the rest is history. For the past 4 years, I have been working as an Academy Certified Resume Writer and coach, helping teens and young professionals to find purpose, discover their unique skillset that ONLY they can bring to the table, and achieve their goals. My mission is to give the tools to the next generation that I wish I had as a teen.
In my off time, I’m dedicated to my hobbies – gardening on our farm in Puglia, Italy, making music, hiking, basketball, video games, and cooking!

Personal Experience
Hi, I’m Paloma, an ICF-certified coach (ACC) who specializes in supporting teen girls.
What I love most about coaching is witnessing the moment a young person realizes she is capable, thoughtful, and powerful in her own right. I believe the teen years aren’t something to simply “get through,” but a powerful opportunity to build lifelong skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthy mindset habits, and authentic confidence.
Alongside coaching, I’m also an artist and actor, and creativity deeply informs how I work. I value self-expression, presence, and helping young women feel seen and understood for who they truly are. I recently spent a semester abroad studying in London at Roehampton University where I studied Shakespeare and had the opportunity to perform at The Globe. I’m also a filmmaker and director, with work selected for The Indie Short Fest, and I serve as a host and collaborator on CTEDU’s documentary Top Coach.
I coach because I care deeply about helping girls grow into grounded, self-led adults who trust themselves, advocate for their needs, and move through the world with clarity and confidence. It’s an honor to support families during such an important chapter.

Hailey Hunt – Teen Life Coach
I help teens build confidence, motivation, and a sense of direction—especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. As a certified wellness life coach with a background in student support, outreach, and engineering, I bring both structure and creativity to every session. My goal is to create a space where teens feel safe to be themselves, explore who they are, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want.
My own journey has been shaped by bold choices and personal growth. After earning my B.S. in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University, I spent several years in the field before realizing my true passion was working directly with people. Mid-pandemic, I made a major career shift into social services—supporting young adults in tiny house village shelters, outreach programs, and community spaces across Seattle, Washington. As a milieu coordinator and case manager, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals set goals, access resources, and build lives rooted in stability, self-worth, and hope.
I’m certified through Coach Training EDU, an ICF-accredited program grounded in Hope Theory and strengths-based coaching. My approach is warm, curious, and flexible
—I ask powerful questions that help teens connect with their values, discover what motivates them, and create action plans that feel authentic and achievable. Whether we’re talking about school, friendships, identity, or future plans, I meet teens where they are and help them move forward in a way that’s true to who they are.
