A 30–40 minute guided meditation space designed for teens and their parents to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.


This group helps teens build mindfulness and emotional awareness, while parents get tools to support calm and presence at home.

Agenda:

 

  • 5–10 min short talk on mindfulness, emotions, and calm communication

  • 20 min guided meditation (gentle + grounding)
