About Hailey

From Engineer to Social Worker & Coach

I help teenage girls build confidence, motivation, and a sense of direction—especially when life feels overwhelming. My coaching is rooted in respect: I see girls as emerging women with wisdom, strength, and the ability to shape their own future. I help them trust that voice, embrace their power, and take bold steps toward success.

At Gonzaga University, I supported young women as a resident assistant—guiding them through goal-setting, motivation, and personal growth. I understand the emotional complexity of growing up female: the pressure to perform, the struggle to belong, and the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up. I create a space where girls feel seen, heard, and inspired to lead their own lives.

After earning my B.S. in Civil Engineering, I shifted into social services—working with young adults in tiny house village shelters, outreach programs, and community spaces across Seattle. I’ve helped hundreds of girls set goals, access resources, and build lives rooted in self-worth and hope.

Certified through Coach Training EDU, my approach is warm, curious, and strengths-based. Whether we’re talking about school, friendships, identity, or future plans, I help girls move forward with clarity and confidence.

Outside of coaching, I’m a creative spirit who loves to crochet, ski, hike, sing, play the ukulele—and I’m currently learning to fly fish and sew. These hobbies remind me that growth can be joyful, expressive, and deeply personal—and I bring that energy into every session.
