About Bri

Hi my name is Bri! I am a coach for teens and young adults, with a passion for helping young people build lasting confidence to reach their goals and define their own version of success. My background is also as a therapist (but therapy stays out of my coaching spaces). As a coach, I support  clients in increasing their motivation to make positive changes in their lives, whether it’s with academics, career, relationships, confidence or self-esteem, and something else. I help clients in recognizing their strengths and I use powerful questions to help them find solutions. I support young people to recognize their unique abilities, overcome self-doubt, and develop the mindset and habits needed to thrive. I create a judgment-free space where teens feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My Story

I decided to coach teenage girls because I understand the struggles of balancing so much as a young female- I have been there! The pressure I put on myself and felt from society growing up motivated me in some ways- but it also held me back. My own self-doubt also got in the way. There is a lot of pressure put on girls to look, behave, perform in certain ways. This can leave some teens feeling stuck, overwhelmed and unsure what steps to take next. Supporting girls in defining their own version of success and improving their self worth and motivation to reach their goals is important and meaningful work to me.

Interests and Hobbies

I love anything that involves movement or being outside: dancing, surfing, hiking, yoga, rock climbing, and camping- to name a few! I also enjoy travelling, getting to know different cultures and eating good food while I am at it.

Bri's Background

Bri has a background as a mental health therapist and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is also trained in Motivational Interviewing and has completed Andrew Petrillo’s Teen Life Coach Training Program.
