About Pete

Throughout my young adult years, I noticed a consistent theme as I transitioned from high school to college and from college into the workforce: I needed guidance and support. I found mentorship within my professional network of commercial real estate, and while that mentorship was valuable, something still felt empty.

Shortly after turning 30, a cascade of life events pushed me to explore deeper. Committing to therapy and working through past experiences was transformative. Yet even then, I sensed there was another layer of clarity I was seeking. My vision for life and career was evolving, and I needed space to reflect, take inventory, and intentionally design what came next. That search led me to coaching. With no prior experience in coaching, I immersed myself in the CoachEDU program under the guidance of my yoga and surf buddy, Andrew Pertillo. Through that process, I gained profound insight into my motivations, values, and systems. Coaching helped me understand what truly drives me in ways mentorship and therapy could not.

It gave me the clarity and courage to take risks I had long considered but struggled to pursue. After a 15-year career in commercial real estate, I realized I wanted to build something of my own —aligning with my deeper purpose. Coaching provided the structure and accountability to move from reflection to action. While this realization came later in my life, I recognize how impactful coaching could have been during my teenage years and early adulthood. That awareness fuels my passion today: to help young adults gain clarity sooner, build confidence in their decisions, and move toward lives that genuinely align with who they are.

In my free time, I enjoy surfing, fly fishing, yoga and cooking. I remain passionate about commercial real estate, but I’ve expanded my focus to pursue what I call “the big idea” — living and working with intention, courage, and alignment. Turn, paddle hard and drop into life you want, courageously.
