About Paloma
ACC Certified Coach
Hi, I’m Paloma, an ICF-certified coach (ACC) who specializes in supporting teen girls. What I love most about coaching is witnessing the moment a young person realizes she is capable, thoughtful, and powerful in her own right. I believe the teen years aren’t something to simply “get through,” but a powerful opportunity to build lifelong skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthy mindset habits, and authentic confidence.
Alongside coaching, I’m also an artist and actor, and creativity deeply informs how I work. I value self-expression, presence, and helping young women feel seen and understood for who they truly are. I recently spent a semester abroad studying in London at Roehampton University where I studied Shakespeare and had the opportunity to perform at The Globe. I’m also a filmmaker and director, with work selected for The Indie Short Fest, and I serve as a host and collaborator on CTEDU’s documentary Top Coach.
I coach because I care deeply about helping girls grow into grounded, self-led adults who trust themselves, advocate for their needs, and move through the world with clarity and confidence. It’s an honor to support families during such an important chapter.
Paloma's Background

What does it look like to work with the AP Coaching Team
Schedule a Call with Andrew, the Head coach and he will get you connected with Paloma for a trial session with your teen.
After 3 sessions, we will know if Coaching is making a valuable impact. If Coaching is not working, we will refund you the remaining sessions.
Each session is $145 for a one-hour coaching session, with text and phone support available between sessions.
Communication between the coach and parent is also included. After each session, the parent will receive an email summary with key takeaways and progress. Parents are also welcome to ask questions and provide feedback to ensure the coaching goals align with what they hope to support in their teen.
